Individual entrepreneur KHARITONOVA MARIA SERGEEVNA, INN: 366226912334 hereinafter referred to as the Seller, offers for purchase the Goods (services) posted in the online store: www.zvonsystem.com (hereinafter referred to as the Internet store) to any capable individual / legal entity (individual entrepreneur) , hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, if the latter accepts the terms of this Agreement and its annexes (Unconditional Acceptance).
This Agreement does not require bilateral signing and is valid electronically.
1. The Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay and accept the Goods (services) ordered in the online store.
1.2. The Buyer undertakes to independently familiarize himself with the current version of this Agreement.
1.3. By placing an Order, the Buyer guarantees that he has fully read the text of this Agreement and accepts its terms.
2. The moment of the conclusion of the Agreement. Checkout
2.1. The text of this Agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
2.2. The unconditional acceptance of this Agreement is the placing of the Order in the online store.
2.3. The order is placed by going from the product page on the website www.zvonsystem.com to its selling page with a more detailed description of the product, then, upon going from the product description page to purchase it, the user is redirected to the page linked to the payment acceptance aggregator yookassa.ru.
2.4. Prior to placing the Order and concluding this Agreement, the Buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with:
2.4.1. with the main consumer properties of the Goods and the place of manufacture of the Goods, the cost of the Goods. The specified information is located next to the image of the Product;
2.4.2. Methods of payment for the Goods. The specified information is located in the online store www.zvonsystem.com and the payment aggregator yookassa.ru;
2.4.3. Methods and cost of Delivery of the Goods. The specified information is located in the online stores www.zvonsystem.com and the payment aggregator yookassa.ru;
2.4.4. Full brand name and contact details of the Seller. The specified information is located in the online store www.zvonsystem.com;
2.5. Information on the availability of the Goods in stock by the Seller is for reference only.
3. The price of the Goods. Payment
3.1. The prices in the online store are indicated in the currency of the Russian Federation per unit of the Goods.
3.2. Tariffs for the provision of services for the Delivery of the Goods are posted in the zvonsystem.com online stores and are not included in the price of the Goods. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer separately and is non-refundable in case of return (exchange) of the Goods.
3.3. The price of the Goods indicated in the online store can be changed by the Seller unilaterally, while the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer cannot be changed.
3.4. The Buyer pays for the Goods in the ways indicated in the online store.
3.5. Payment systems, credit organizations, agents through which payment is made under this Agreement are not a Party to this Agreement and are not responsible for the Seller's failure to fulfill its obligations.
3.6. The buyer at his own expense pays the commissions (fees) charged by credit institutions (payment systems) when making a payment.
3.7. In case of non-cash payment for the Goods, the Buyer pays for the Goods without VAT, which must be indicated in the purpose of payment.
4. Responsibility of the Parties and Dispute Resolution.
4.1. The parties are responsible for non-performance or improper performance of this Agreement in the manner prescribed by this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer's expectations about the consumer properties of the Goods were not met.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations for the delivery of the Goods if they are the result of force majeure.
4.4. All disputes and disagreements arising from the performance of obligations by the Parties under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to eliminate them, the Parties have the right to apply for judicial protection of their interests.
5. Consent to the processing of the Buyer's Personal Data.
5.1. By placing an order in online stores, the Buyer confirms his consent to the processing of his personal data by the Seller.
5.2. The list of personal data, for the processing of which consent is given:
1. Full name;
2. Contact phone number;
3. Contact email address;
4. Postal address (delivery address).
5.3. The list of actions with PD, for the performance of which the Buyer agrees to the following ways of using PD:
1. Receiving and storing PD;
2. Clarification (update, change) of PD;
3. Use of PD for the execution of this Agreement (including transfer to third parties for the Delivery of the Goods);
4. Transfer of the Buyer's personal data in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. For the purpose of mailing catalogs, commercial offers, news for marketing and other commercial purposes;
6. For the transfer of PD to any third parties on the territory of the Russian Federation.
5.4. The Buyer's consent to the processing of personal data is provided without limitation of its validity period.
5.5. The Buyer, solely upon personal application, has the right to withdraw (change) this consent to the processing of PD.
5.6. The seller processes and ensures the confidentiality of PD in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.7 The user, leaving his personal data in the online store www.zvonsystem.com accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent), posted at https://www.zvonsystem.com/offer-agreement. Acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of the License Agreement is confirmation of the fact that the User agrees with all the clauses of the Consent.
